Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized pieces require additional production time. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for your custom item to be created before it is shipped.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Seraphine Doll Society is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Seraphine Doll Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Custom Order Timeline

For custom pieces, please expect a total delivery timeframe of approximately 15–22 business days, which includes:

• 10–15 business days for production
• 5–7 business days for shipping
